FOUNDER

RODRIGO GUTIERREZ

Corialent

12 years ago, Rodrigo decided that the Coca Colas of the world shouldn’t be the only ones who get to have all the fun in the advertising industry. He was sick of all the dull, corporate, navy blue and white B2B work out there. Business people are people too. Corialent specializes in B2B marketing that doesn’t suck. And they want to get the rest of the industry drinking that delicious KoolAid.

Rapport Building Training

Rapport Building is crucial in a successful Network Marketing home based business. A person can build their rapport with others by imitating the behaviors that others in the group do. It takes practice and patience to learn how to create a connection with the people you are calling. In this article I will go over three tips for Rapport Building Training. These three steps will help you create a connection with your prospects so you can create a win-win relationship with them.

First, when it comes to rapport-building training, being a good listener is just as important as being a great communicator. Your role as a sales rep is to listen to your prospects and let them know what it is they need to know. Most people enjoy talking about themselves and sharing their own expertise on a variety of topics. As a sales rep, however, your role is much more to provide information that is relevant to the prospects' goals. By doing this, you will be able to build rapport faster with your prospects.

Second, in relation to the first tip, it is important that you become a good listener during your training. When a new participant joins your group, it is your job to make them feel comfortable and at ease. During the first few encounters, it may seem like you are not paying any attention to them. However, if you follow the basic rapport building training procedures, you will be able to identify where you may be falling short. The next time a new participant joins your group, pay close attention to their cues.

Third, remember to smile, even if it is awkward to do so. It is your job to make the new participant feel comfortable. If you are not smiling, the new person is probably not feeling comfortable either. In addition, if you are not smiling, the other members of the group may begin to sense that you are not happy with the situation. Even if the other members of the group cannot understand what is happening, they will feel that something is wrong. Therefore, if you want to make everyone happy, you must smile.

Fourth, during your introductory session as a group leader, you should listen carefully to each new participant. This is critical, because by this time, they should feel comfortable and know that they can trust you. If you are not careful when you are listening, you will lose their respect and the ability to rapport building the newbies. The newbie might feel that he or she is being tricked or talked down to, and that will not help their motivation to keep on going.

Fifth, take the time to personally greet each new member of the group and tell them how wonderful they are and how good of an experience they are having joining your group. This does not mean that you have to pat them on the back or tell them that they are the best thing that has ever happened to you in your entire life. What you are doing is showing the newbie that you care about them, that you value their thoughts and opinions, and that you truly appreciate their effort in joining your group. By doing this, you show the newbie that you are there to listen to them, to give them feedback, and to learn all about them and their personalities.

Six, make sure to make eye contact with each new member of the team at all times. This shows the new member that you are interested in their personality, and that you value their thoughts. When you make eye contact, you are also putting yourself in their position. You have to remember that if you look nervous, then the new member will feel nervous too. By putting yourself in their position, you will make yourself feel more comfortable and therefore be able to contribute with more insight and quality advice.

By following these steps, you will be well on your way towards building rapport with each new participant. In addition to giving them good feedback and listening to them, you will also be building a lasting relationship that will last long after the members leave your group. Rapport Building Training can help you accomplish these goals and helps you keep your new members happy and satisfied with your company. Good Luck!
